I think Irsay wants some one with the temperment of Dungy. Not someone who is going to be yelling and screaming all the time. But truthfully I don't really care one way or the other.

He needed to go. Lots of teams lose star QBs and don't implode overnight, strong leaders don't allow it. It'll be interesting to see who they hire. Maybe Morris, formerly of Tampa Bay?

I'm thinking Irsay might be able to talk Dungy into coming back for 2-3 more years.

I also, just the other day, told the wife.... the Colts should make Peyton a "player/coach" until he's ready to retire fom QB.

Or, if they go with someone who's never been a head football coach before, there's always this guy.......
