    Irsay's pick for GM was unexpected. I suppose the head coach will be the same.
    I don't think it will be cohwer. It will be some one that hasn't been a head coach yet

    He needed to go. Lots of teams lose star QBs and don't implode overnight, strong leaders don't allow it. It'll be interesting to see who they hire. Maybe Morris, formerly of Tampa Bay?

    What about the ex-Ohio St. coach that they hired as a 'consultant' this past year??? Will he get moved up? Hopefully we will all know soon enough. BTW I'm on the Cohwer bandwagon!

    I'm thinking Irsay might be able to talk Dungy into coming back for 2-3 more years.

    I also, just the other day, told the wife.... the Colts should make Peyton a "player/coach" until he's ready to retire fom QB. :yesway:
