This is a Stevens model 44 rifle in .22 LR cal. I had the bore relined to make it a great shooter. Original wood has most of the original finish. Most of the bluing is on the barrel and receiver. Original sights, also. There is a hole that has been drilled in the butt stock which means it was a true "barn gun". The farmers hung a loaded .22 rifle from a nail in their barn for varmints. This rifle is a true piece of Indiana history.....Asking $400....
