    Could he have possibly done something even more stupid with the gun before he pulled up next to you?

    Anything is possible, but he seemed very comfortable and at ease. If he had previously been in a high stress situation there was no visible sign of that. He looked kind of like a woman admiring her new diamond, In a world of his own just fooling with a gadget. I do the same thing on occasion...... Only I do it at home.

    I don't use range bags to transport my guns to and from the range. Walk out in pulic view in front of my house.........is this brandishing?
