Turns out I found it in less time than it took me to explain that I didn't have time to find it.

It's kinda odd that the bullet just hops a couple feet away. Best bullet proof vest ever? Now we are gonna see people walking around with ice chunks

properly made & maintained steel targets a) deflect the bullet & fragments downward & b) move, absorbing the energey of the bullet..
they also need to be hard & thick enough to not crater.. a crater can create a pocket that can turn a bullet 180 degrees sending it right back at you..
ICE can do the same thing.. internal fracturs can create pockets that can bounce the bullet right back at you...

The trick is to drag the ice inside the house and shoot it there, so it looks like it had gained entry to your home.

Never tried it myself..not sure I would want too, but here is some vids of people doing it and so far in the video I don't see anyone getting hurt...but ya never know...
