Whatever we call it, we are rapidly approaching the point of no return to our former America
The point of no return will only come with the door to door confiscation of our RIGHTS!.
I fixed it for you. Guns are a part of the overall picture; our rights in general, are slowly being ebbed away.
No, Guns.
You can lose every right you have, but if we all still have our guns, we can take our rights back.
We are in no way organized to do anything like this. I'm not rebuttling you or anything; but, in reality we won't be doing anything b/c we have so many different people without the basic skill sets to do anything like what you are talking about. We may not have anyone with the will to gain them either. I'm one that will say that I lack the ability to perform as you have stated. Having inanimate objects that send projectiles in a specific direction is probably just 1% of the whole picture that is needed...
Just a thought... who, where, when, how? There are many on this board who have yet to shoot their ARs enought to be able to handle a misfeed, malfunction properly; or that have yet to be under any sort of stress from competition or even training on any level...
Thoughts for the future that need to be remedied....

They are one in the same (Fascism and Socialism). .
To the OP:
Has somebody been watching Fox News?
Read The Fountainhead and study the character of Toohey to understand.
I understand your concern. I fall into that category you described about ARs.
I would like to discuss this further, but fear I will be banned with the ban hammer for discussing my reasonings. I will say that it's not as impossible as you make it sound.
...CONCLUSION
When the textbook writers coined the phrase, "No taxation without representation," they baptized its opposite: "Taxation with representation."
I am willing to make a deal with the Internal Revenue Service. I’ll give up my right to vote in U.S. elections if the Federal government will cut my taxes to 1%.
I’ll even pay 2.5%, because I live in the South.
How about you?
