You must really screw up with the law a lot. I just searched the court records. Below is the extensive list of criminal violations I have found. This isn't including all of the civil suits that have been filed against you.

    3 times-driving while suspended
    3 times-expired plates
    1 time-seatbelt
    1 time-ran stop sign
    3 times-marijuana possession
    1 time-felony possession of a controlled substance
    1 time-illegal possession of alcohol
    1 time-public intoxication
1 time-resisting and fleeing law enforcement
    1 time-dealing marijuana/hash oil
    1 time-maintaining a common nuisance
    1 time-illegal possession
    1 time-carrying handgun without a license

EDITED TO ADD HANGUN WITHOUT LICENSE

A couple of the defendants in these cases live at the same address and have the exact same name, but have a birthday that is one year off. I suspect that these are also the OP, but they were entered incorrectly into the computer.

Hmmm. I wonder how many of the 12 deals Op made on INGO involved firearms?

    D'oh!

I'm sure the ISP and BATFE know now.

The OP might want to re-think filing that complaint...

BTW, given that record, the trooper's behavior, well, makes sense. Just sayin'...

Actually, the "I" does stand for "intoxicated".

    IC 9-30-5
Chapter 5. Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated

But yes, "intoxicated" includes more than alcohol.

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but a DUI and a OWI are not the same thing...

DUI - Driving Under the Influence
    OWI - Operating While Intoxicated

DUI if the car is on and moving...OWI if the keys are in the ignition and your in the drivers seat

hang on here guys: While I see he does have a record and this could all be a story, IF this did in fact happen, regardless of his prior record, I take big issue with Cops using flashlights to blind cameras to help cover up what they are doing to citizens. As for the blood test, those results can come quick, sometimes it takes a while. I'm a little surprised at the cop throwing away the breathalyzer tip in someone's yard.

You don't realize where this thread has gone. It's now time to bash the OP.

Doubtful that the flashlight was used to purposefully blind the camera.

Here, I'll explain some things. At night, you can't see into cars as easily as the day. During SFST, the instruction officer is venerable, so the secondary officer must keep tabs on the person performing the test, AND any other persons who may be left in the vehicle.... A darkened vehicle, at night. A flashlight illuminating a person in a vehicle, of which contents, you have no idea, is perfectly acceptable.

And I thought this had already peaked. I'm glad it wasn't closed, this sets a new standard for spiraling out of control. Complain about a misdemeanor and expose your own felonies? Priceless!

So a random person posts something online, which seems suspect to begin with, which is then shown to be more suspect through more posts, with the addition of a prior record that would make most criminals blush, and we're supposed to sympathize with OP. Sorry, walks like a duck, talks like a duck... must be a gosh darn duck.
