I have a Yugo M70 new model I have managed to do night sight and I was wondering if from early Yugo M70 gas block with Sight Ladder and front sight will fit my. I want to make it as original as possible .

Anyway, maybe post in gunsmithing but at least put Yugo in the thread title so that it will attract the attention of the thousands and thousands of Yugo people, (AK's all look the same, I always say) and use some punctuation and ask what you mean. You might want to post your question again, but title it better and make your question clearer. Most of us don’t read every post, just ones that draw an interest. We have a few guys that are into the AK rifles, but that is a pretty specific question.
