    ar15.com It's a pretty good place for some things as long as you stay out of the general discussion areas. The tech forums are fairly decent usually and the survival forum is pretty good in general.

    If you aren't a member you can only search on 30 days archives so you might have to post a question. IIRC the guy who had designed it posted about it in the survival forum last year sometime. Really though, it's something any decent electronics engineer can reverse engineer since synchronizing inverters is not complicated technology.
