South Lake County I saw 4 today in a 2 hour span. Last week 3 at a time were dive bombing each other, today they were all one at a time

Saw on while I was hooking up the boat today. She was on one of my wife's flower pots. It was right after I posted that I haven't seen one for a few days.

Seen 3 at this mornings normal feeding time. I guess its time to just refill 3 of the feeders halfway and clean and store the others. I usually leave 3 up til the end of October for the late travelers.

The 180 days til spring is going to suck..

My resident birds are gone. I just took down and cleaned all of my feeders, except for one. I put fresh nectar in it for any passers by, of which I see two or three a day. I expect to see my last one in a week or two.

Please, everyone do this. While our locals have gone, there are still transients we see up to Nov 1 here in Indy.
