Had a few questions about MIs AK Extended SS Handguard. Called them up the phone was answered on the second ring by a very pleasant young lady. I told her I had some questions about the installation of one of their handguards and was promptly transferred to one of their staff, a fellow named Andy. Andy walked me through everything that I needed, was very knowledgeable about every aspect of every one of my questions, down to minute measurements. He also provided additional information I had not even thought to ask about. All in all, and incredible customer support experience, so much so that I delivered an audible "Wow!" after hanging up.
