I didn't buy it before, and never will.
I never did either but if they succeed in doing this it won't stop there. The key is to not let them get a foot hold on the first step.

Zero, because I didn't shoot it a month ago and won't be shooting it going forward.
Why green? Just as long as the casing is brass, buy on. My feeling is, a ban comes along on 223/5.56mm I am ready to reload. Not going to buy into the threatened band, I don't think the ATF can pull it off and don't think Obama can do it with a pen stroke. So why run the price up on green tip? And why do you really need the armor piercing load in everyday practice anyway?
Level 4 will stop rifle fire. A level 4 vest weighs about 42 pounds if memory serves. Getting in an out of a Crown Vic/Charger/Caprice/Taurus umpteen-zillion times a days? I'm thinking I wouldn't be writing too many tickets. I'm guessing SWAT teams wear level 4 (I wonder why they wear multi cam/OCP, are they in Kabul?? But that's another thread.) but patrol officers and level 2A seems like a good protection/mobility compromise.
