Climbing goals, cool. I've been to climb time a few times and really liked it, but that all I've done. Looks like fun though. Look forward to seeing more about what you're doing.
As for my workout today: 200 push ups, 75 chins, 200 sit ups, 6 mile run. May get on the bike with the kids this afternoon, don't know if that will count.
