Remodeling our master bath. I plan to demo myself. Already have they tile and thats it. Ive gotten 2 estimates and they ranged from $2000-$2700.... The flooring measures 6x11 and the shower walls measure 2- 3x7 and 1- 5x7. Need a couple of popped nails in drywall fixed as well. I'm installing a fiberglass shower base, so no tile work needed for that. Am I being ridiculous for not wanting to spend over $1500?

We need help. We are a non-profit residential facility for children. We run a campus, group homes, a handful of admin office buildings, etc. We need to hire several people/positions:
1. Maintenance Technician - will involve general maintenance including: general troubleshooting, fixing toilets, hanging cabinets, changing locks, minor remodels, basic plumbing, etc. HVAC certification would be a plus, plumbing or electrical certifications would be a plus... but certainly not required. Will have one night every couple of weeks "on call" and one weekend every couple of months "on call". Pay based on attitude and experience.
2. Maintenance Technician - this one will mostly concentrate on drywall/paint work. Pay based on attitude and experience.
3. Cafeteria workers - We need cooks. We need dishwashers. We need kitchen help of all kinds. We serve three meals a day and two snacks a day to several hundred kids... 365 days a year. Would prefer kitchen experience (school kitchen experience would be great), but not necessarily required. Again, pay based on attitude and experience.
I will not be checking back on this thread, so please PM me if interested.

Hi, Can anyone recommend someone to repair gas line leak to furnace in home in Eastern Lawrenece Co?
The Vectren tech watched the meter for about 15 minutes after shutting off gas and thought there may be another small leak between meter and shut off.
He said repair should involve pressure test of line...?
