Thank you for your input. I have owned an LCP in the past. It shot surprisingly accurate and I really liked the trigger (I know!, I am one of the few who actually liked the LCP's trigger ), I sold it because I couldn't get past the caliber. I know with proper shot placement caliber doesn't matter, however, I just feel more comfortable with a caliber with a little more punch.
Right now I have all the necessary funds saved up, and I have my choice narrowed down to the Kahr cm9 and S&W 642. I have handled them both in my local gun shot and I think for me they are both acceptable for pocket carry. I just need to make a final decision.
Springfield XDs. Melts in your pants, not in your hands....
I have this also, they make nice pocket holsters that are designed to stay in the pocket when you draw the pistol. the mouse guns are not all that accurate, but a gun in hand is better than none at all. The Kel Tec is less than a pound fully loaded.I've got a KelTec P3AT for pocket/BUG. Works very well and is very non-obtrusive to carry.
I own a 442 and a sheild in 9mm. The M&P is a shooter and was my pocket pistol. Since picking up a Raven Vanguard holster for my G19...no more pocket pistol. Might be worth the $40 to pick one up for your 26.
