I'm wanting to buy an AR15. Not wanting to spend too much. Under $600.
    Any suggestions.

My suggestion is to post that question somewhere else other than the AR15 picture thread.

A post in general firearms would be in order, and I think a lot of folks will have some really good advice. Building an AR from a Palmetto, Del-Ton, and other manufactures kits right now should still be possible for under $600, and get you a very capable rifle.

I'd look at the Smith & Wesson M&P Sport II. There are other good AR's for under 600. You could build a pretty nice one from Palmetto State Armory for under 600 bucks, too.

What do you want to do with the rifle?

Are you just looking for any old AR, or do you have a price and purpose in mind? There are plenty of sub $600 ARs out there if you just want to buy one to say you own one.

If you want to do a particular task, then a few specifics would help when it comes to suggestions.

+1 I think Rural King has them on sale for $579 right now. I really enjoy shooting mine when I can afford to go blow $60 worth of ammo at the range :ar15:
