Hello to all. Want to start out by saying this forum is great, the info and the people on here! I've been on here reading a lot of great stuff. I've been through a ton of pages on here and read a lot of topics that have caught my attention and got great info from them. Sorry me hello was delayed. Also I figured I'd make my first post on here because as of last night I am a proud owner of a new XD40 SubCompact! When I was younger my first handgun I've ever shot was my dad's H&R 9 shot 22 revolver. Never was big into hand guns until this year. I did go and get my license last October though. I then shorty after that bought and NAA Earl to carry. I soon then realized I wanted something bigger but nice and compact to carry, even though I do plan on open carrying a lot. I love this XD, went home and cleaned it last night and had time this morning before work to put about 25 rounds through it. I'm hooked now, I can already feel the addiction! Thanks again for all the great information put out on this forum and hope to meet some of you guys from here. I live only about 10 mins from Lasalle FWA, so if any of you go there let me know and I'll see what I can do.
