I moved to Michigan 3 years ago and finally moved back to Indiana last month, and let me tell you I am so happy! I HATE the gun laws in Michigan. That and the fact that there aren't really any good gunshops there. The only nice thing, if you can call it that, is that my Michigan carry permit was recognized in more states than the Indiana one is. I hope that changes eventually though.
