    Well I have and it frikkin hurts but its kind of funny when you think about it. Ive read its a strained muscle under your chin and when it happens to me it leaves a small temporary lump. I just thought it was kind of funny though the human body is so strange. What the hell?!?:laugh:

    On a side note I hate those middle of the night leg cramps!

    Happened to me last time I went to the dentist... He was like "Open Wide" and I did... And then I about bit his tool... uggh... Just another sign that my a** is getting old.

    Sometimes I'll move funny and I get like a cramp that feels like someone pulled a Ghadafi stab on me for a second. :(

    I heard that stretching regularly can help with that but yeah they can be a real *****:ar15:

    Probably means that you're dehydrated. Drink more water throughout the day.

    And yes, stretching & overall good flexibility can certainly help as well.

    But look into your hydration levels.
