I do not think stickers make your vehicle any more of a target, just as carrying in the open does. Because if you carry in the open is it not in fact the same thing? They both send a message right? To me it is. The only actual gun sticker I have is a "**** on gun control" I have never had any problem is the three years I have had it. I have a friend in college that had a big sound system in his truck with JL audio stickers all over it and the first week he moved into his apartment it was broke into.
When I bought my laptop i wrapped it up in a big comforter and carried it into my apartment so nobody would see it.
Then I cut the box into small pieces and threw it in the trash. A TV or computer box only lets a theif know you have something new inside.
