Finally a gun law that is enforced:in Indystar Tues. Jan11th, a man who wa convicted as a Felon in 1993 was stop for a traffic viaolation, where a pistol was found in his car. U.S. Disstric judge sentenced him to 15 yrs in federal prison. You may not like U.S. Attorney Joe Hogsett But at least he is forcing the law to be followed. For far to long the D.A. from all over the contry including Indiana have allowed a gun charge to be dropped in a plead agrement instead of going to trial (saves money), and avoids a felon conviction, and then wonder why they call it the revolving door.
