    I am not a military guy so thought this short was interesting. Especially at the end with the newer grenades having to twist to remove the pin.

    Got to engineer for the lowest denominator. Removed the bails, I think early 80's, before putting them in a pouch. Taped the spoons a lot . Sometimes put a piece of tape around the top to protect the ring .

    No Tun Tavern Guys around?
    We get paid from the Dept of The Navy, and we protect all of the Navy Officers from those Navy malcontents that didn't score high enough on their ASVABs to enlist in the USMC.
    Marines still keep the Tun Tavern Drunkenness alive and well.
    Marine bars are much more fun than say, The Parachute Club.

    Grenade ranges are always a fun day. no matter what branch is using them. I can guarantee there will be at least 2 grenades thrown that still have the spoon safety attached.
