Passenger in a car that slid off the highway. Going too fast on icy roads. Had impact fracture in elbow, torn ligament in wrist.

My wife is a PT...and she won't argue that Physical Therapy often feels like Pain and Torture!

Been there with a reconstructed ankle that had torn ligaments and tendons. 5 months physical therapy but the great looking therapist made it alot easier!

Keep a positive attitude through the therapy.... the mind can do great things in helping the healing process.

Amen to that! I had a few cute girls help me through my recovery after my shoulder surgery. God Speed man I hope it heals fast and the way it should.
