Just wondering what kind of stuff people are looking to buy this time at the 1500. I am going to try and find ammo (380 and 327). I cant hardly find it anywhere else, so I will try there. Also I love all the eyecandy.
I should be working on Friday night. I will be at Midwest Gun Exchange booth. I hope to do a little shopping as well but I don't plan to find cheap ammo.
I don't know how much "eyecandy" there is unless your talking guns, but I'm going mostly to pick stuff up from vendors I have done business with and am just picking the stuff up at the show. wait I guess I will pick up some more targets and flashlights.
Looking for several items. Need to talk to Johnson Safe and PK Firearms. If PK has a Daniel Defense at a good price I may add to my collection. Need a new Magpul AFG as well.
Looking for some 25 WSSM brass, some Hornady 358 200 grain SP bullets, some powder and primers. Oh, and a pre-64 Model 70 in .300 H&H... Or a Mannlicher Schoenoer...
Walther P22, maybe some AK ammo if I can find a "deal". Maybe some more targets and another handgun range bag if I can find one like I got last time. Of course, I went last time to get a P22 and came home with a Taurus PT111, a WASR-10, some ammo, a bag and targets. It seems whatever money I take, I spend. I have the illness.
Will be there on Friday, helping out Cwood at the Indiana Supply Depot booth. Will be picking up some parts and ammo from him, and AR-15 ambi safety/selectors (x3) from PK.
Let me see........ Fri I bought an M&P 15X. Sat I picked up an EOtech 516 and a bore snake. Sun I got a grip, bipod, Pmags, rail covers, Uplula and a case for everything. I think I'll stay home this year so I don't spend any money! LOL
I went last time around. Since I've been on a bit of a spree I'm going to sit this one out. Maybe I'll hit up an indoor range instead. I can't deal with the crowds and the smells and not being able to see or handle anything without having 25 people in my face. My local gun shops do such a good job that it's hard to justify even going.
