I've heard it called gen 2.5There was a brief time before the full blown gen three that they made finger grooves and no rail on some full size guns. We'll call it 2A gen. I know for sure that the glock 21 was one of them because I used to own one. Sadly I didn't take any pics of this mysterious creature.
