I've always been one to polish and put lighter JP springs on my AR-15 triggers. While this has proved to be a very good and satisfying way to do things, I finally understand. Like most I've had a hard time justifying spending the hard earned cash on an expensive trigger system.

I got off the fence and ordered a Geissele SSA and I've seen the light (insert the music and ahhhh). This trigger is pure sweetness with a very light initial first stage take up and followed by a satisfying light "snap".

My stock trigger also had the initial take up but sometimes I would unintentionally go past the first stage and fire. No chance of that with this Geissele trigger as it has a very distinct "wall" between stages.

I'm just relieved to be able to justify this purchase now since it is indeed worth it! :patriot:

I had that same "moment" when I shot one of 42769vett's ARs.

Now I have a Geissele of my own. :yesway:

After reading all the reviews and hype about them all over the web, I put one in the first AR I ever built (also the first one I've ever shot), think it was the SSA-E...

Built an AR for my dad with the Spike's Enhanced LPK and trigger... Shot his...

My gun has me so spoiled... Love my Geissele

Does anyone have any experience with the Hipertouch trigger?

HIPERTOUCH AR15 Match Trigger Drop In

I was considering a Geissele, but now I am wondering if this is a better option.

Ive never used one, but I can about guarantee its not a BETTER option. Its a few bucks cheaper, and for me the price difference would not justify going with them. Ive had all kinds of custom triggers, and the Geissele is probably the best trigger Ive ever messed with.

I've got the SSA-E and the SD3G, both are wicked fast. Have his triggers in all of my AR's. Everyone can hate all they want on the price! Until you've shot with one and experience the break and reset yourself, its just talk.
