I've started doing the p90x program along with running 3x a week and trying to get at least one or two hikes with a backpack in. Sometimes I drop a running day and throw in some low impact cardio.
I commute year round on my EMP proof vehicle and try to stay in front of the snow plows all while carrying loads from 20-80lbs in my panniers. Great work out and saves me from paying for 120 miles worth of fuel weekly.
