i just picked up a dpms a3 lite for 747.81 @ plainfield shooting supply. i love this gun, fit and finish is awesome. i just put on a magpul mbus on the rear for 45 bucks from the internet. i thought about getting a double star or oly, but my brother(army) talked me into getting the dpms instead.

I have a dpms ap4 and a dpms mini sass. I have never had a bit of problem out of the ap4. I havent had the mini sass out yet but I would highly recommend one on looks alone!! I think the ap4 was around 1000 and the mini sass around 1400 out the door.

i went to the range and put 100 rounds ae223 and ae xm193 (5.56), zero malfunctions, tight groups @ 50 yds, she seems to like the 5.56 better. im very pleased with my rifle, in fact i love this thing, im going back to the range tomorrow.
