    One would think the Constitution would be required reading for high ranking public servants, at least for those who take a vow to uphold and defend it.
    Perhaps he'll submit a bill requiring that next.

    Wasn't there some old theory about putting enough monkeys in a room with typewriters for a long enough time span and eventually they would end up typing -War and Peace?

    Or was that, the stopped clock is right 2x a day?

    It was bound to happen that one of them would pull their head out and take a breath of fresh air.

    Now if we could encourage more to do so on a regular basis we might see some progress.
