You want it fixed, give it to a technician, he's not near as likely to try to "improve" it or add a death ray or some such. If it is not broken, an engineer will take it apart "just to see" and it will never quite work right again. Especially since he reprogrammed it to emit a death ray when you hold the select and option buttons simultaneously. Be careful where you point that thing.
