To some, but different people have different motivators. A CIVILIAN investigatory board which does not work with the police would serve better for ensuring ethical behavior across the board.I would say that handing out a criminal's reward for criminal actions would only require a few examples to get the point across.

I'm sure there is in every department, but nothing that I would consider adequate given the nature of LE work. Regardless, it shouldn't be just one time training. It should be recurring and stringently enforced as well.So there is currently no ethics training?
