Do you use an umbrella?

I keep one on hand for the times when I want to go out and do my Gene Kelly routine.

I have found that people tend to look at you kind of funny if you go splashing around in puddles and singing and dancing if you are not carrying an umbrella.

I keep one in my Jeep, but I've never used it before. My wife uses it, but I refuse to walk under it with her.

I use an umbrella. I also zip up my coat and wear earmuffs when it's cold outside. I learned a LONG time ago that I'd much rather be comfortable than worry about whether I look dorky or not.

I do use one when I walk the dog. Usually I just pull the hood up on my Columbia jacket.

The only umbrella we own is a disney princess umbrella..I keep it in the car for my daughter. I keep 2 rain jackets in the car as well..for the wife and I.
I did use my daughters umbrella the other day at work when I needed something to cover a cylinder so I could write on it with a marker..worked very well....and gave everyone a good laugh.

I don't care if it's pouring down cats and dogs. Although that would hurt... No, I don't use an umbrella. My wife did today at the Speedway, as so did the kids, but I didn't. Albeit I was soaked head to toe... I like the rain. It's refreshing. Just one more thing to let me know i"m still alive.

Yes, and the biggest one you can find. Im kinda surprised that no one here has brought up the tacticool advantage of having a pointy stick in hand.

Also, I have had some very pretty (and thankful) ladies walk to their cars with me. Dorky? Perhaps. But Im that dork with THAT girl.

I sometimes take an umbrella with me, umbrellas make nice weapons in a restricted place, I have never had to give up my umbrella at the city county bldg but they frown on guns there.
