Bought my first 10/22 on a whim a year and a half ago. Now I have three, and all of them are set up very differently. One of their biggest pros is their adaptability.
Not currently. But I do have my first rifle, a Marlin Glenfield 25 that my Dad bought me about 40 years ago and a 1954 Marlin 39A "Pre-Mountie" with Ballard rifling
Yep, and more than one. The first was a basic stainless on black that I picked up as my plinking rifle. The second was one that I built up for a bench gun (currently over $1000 invested in the bench rifle). Love em both (though my wife now claims the first as her own). Will I be looking for another, sure though there are other options on the table that come first. Have had zero problems out of my 10/22's, find the ammo that it likes, and from then on it's on the money.
