Same reason that SCOTUS would not get involved in the election aftermath, they were afraid of the damage the riot teams Soros funds destroying the country…
I really do believe that, Roberts in particular, is afraid of the left. Afraid to make just decisions because of fear of the outcomes. Roberts really likes punting.

Not sure; but I saw something just the other day on fox’s YouTube page about info being released and a book being written about it. It talked out how fast they had called for EMS, how Floyd had asked to be laid down and how he had been arrested around a year before after an undercover investigation due to drug sales or something.

Just last week, the United States Supreme Court rejected Chauvin's bid to appeal his murder conviction. Even though he pled guilty in the federal case against him, Chauvin is still attempting to have that conviction overturned on appeal as well, citing new evidence that he did not cause Floyd's death.

They could accept some case that would allow them to affirm the legality of shooting rioters and looters and THEN revisit the Chauvin case

How do you separate the truly bad cops out there from those who have been victimized from the BLM?

It's difficult when the city government lies, panders and sacrifices police officers who did nothing wrong to the BLM agenda.

IF you watch this from beginning to end, it's obvious who's telling the truth and who's not.

I don’t think he’s afraid of the left I think he is owned by them. He’s the dip**** that gave us obamacare.

Is there not any laws regarding protecting someone like this, considering the OBVIOUS consequences of them being around general population in a prison?

Because fundamentally, if they aren't doing anything to ensure an inmate's safety, they are sentencing that inmate to a death sentence.

What party would even be the one punished, and how, in the event of failing this? Seems like a pretty major question that needs to be asked.

A man betrayed by the justice system and his superiors to serve a narrative. Search for "the Fall of Minneapolis".
I hope he survives and is able to tell his story.

Laws don't apply to the ruling class of this nation and they have the authority to reach down to us lowly servants and grant immunity to whomever they choose, whenever it suits them. The place you ask about, that place where laws matter, justice doesn't happen only by accident and legitimate elections exist, yeah that place is gone now.
