On a side note, I can't say I'm upset that a school is tightening up on its dress code. Obviously she isn't wearing anything near as revealing as I've seen.

Unfortunately parents are idiots and I've seen what they allow their little girls wear to school. Kids are going to wear whatever they can get away with.....

The requirement at my daughter's school is the hemline must be over finger tip length if her arms were straight down. (no idea how this would work if she had really short arms though)

In the article the father stated that he saw the year book that had just come out and there were many girls with shorter dresses than what his daughter was wearing.

At the school i went to we had to.wear aproved tee shirts and navy blue sweets and the girls were separated from the boys.. by a large curtian of sorts boys got.half the.gym the girls the other half. After gym shower and put back on dress pants polo shirt and dress shoes..

That might explain why i only were dress shoes to this day.

Well if the rule said no exposed kneecaps, wouldnt it be best to not have a skirt that is above her knees?? I dont see that outfit as being anything near revealing and actually I am a fairly strict father. Also think of it as one of those things that they had to do because most probably take advantage of the rule.

Well I think it IS inappropriate. That blindfold is offensive to those who are visually impaired. I see no difference between this and that horrible child that dressed like MLK with black face.
