Good for Daniels! He saw, (and rightly so) that the bill, as well as the current prosecutors and police procedures, were unConstitutional. It's quite clear in the Indiana Constitution that ALL proceeds are to go to the schools and not be stolen by the prosecutors and police, to beef up their budgets as a "bonus". While not stealing money from people is the optimum this is, at least a step in the right direction.
