    Similar to the "medical" left handedcigarettes. Could the States choose to not enforce or write legislation toignore federal law? My guess is no because I'm not sure there is a way aroundinsta-check. Where would the federal enforcement come from, the ATF only?:dunno:

    The question is - would the states have the BALLS to do so...???

    Montana might, but rural Texas probably couldn't outvote their cities, and although Indiana is one of the best 'gun' states there is, we have lots of anti-gun urban yuppies, ignorant soccer-moms, and other assorted idiots in our bigger cities as well...
