    I bought a Lee Load-All II 12 Gauge reloader. I plan to load 3", with 000, 209 primers, and Bluedot. I don't know how to pick the right wads.

    hay kel you need to start with a good loading manual. or you can go to the manufactures web address for free imfo. if that dont work i could send you some published recipes.

    It depends, on the "shell" you are using. Any good shotshell manual, will give you description of the shell, and advise what "wad". I have had goos luck with the "power piston" wads, and other similar type wads... On the Package, it will also tell how much shot the wad is intended to use.
