cheap AT&T flip phone (ala tundra or heavy duty type)

Looking for a cheap AT&T flip phone for my brother-in-law. Something similar to a Motorola Razr is all he needs at a minimum. His current phone is a tundra and one of the heavy duty phones would be idea. He dropped his phone today which was on its last leg anyway, and now it barely functions.

Needs to have a good battery and a charger.
