I carry my XD9sc in a High Noon IWB when I'm on the Vulcan 750.
So far, I haven't had any retention issues. I'll bet it would hurt falling on that sucker in a crash/ gitoff....I've been thinking about some kind of on- bike rig that might address that issue.

I ride an Enduro and I carry as I do every other day, on road and off. My choice is my G19 in an IWB holster of my own making. I carry my long guns in a baseball bat bag, usually the ones with collapsing or folding stocks. All good.

If you ride with a tank bag you can get some velcro to hold your holster inside the tank bag. Leave an opening big enough for your hand to fit through when you zip the bag closed. Keeps weapon secure in the case of a get off, makes it easy to access when needed, inexpensive solution.
