Do you? Do you drive? Do you know all the traffic laws?
yes. i did take the drivers test and passed. so yes i know the rules of the road just like i know the rules and laws of my CCW. it was the first thing i did before i every started to carry. i made sure to know my state and local laws on carrying my hand gun.
@ N8RV. you maybe right. but still every gun owner should already know the very basic of gun carrying laws.
I commend the OP for asking the question.
If this were the case, you would know it is not a CCW, but rather a License to Carry Handgun (LTCH).yes. i did take the drivers test and passed. so yes i know the rules of the road just like i know the rules and laws of my CCW. it was the first thing i did before i ever started to carry. i made sure to know my state and local laws on carrying my hand gun.

If the law were simple, we wouldn't need lawyers. The post office is not a government entity. It's a private company backed by the government. According to everything I can find, the post office is a gun-free zone. My local PO has no signage to that effect. Can I leave it in my car? Can I even drive onto the property to the drive-up drop box?
According to IN law, you can have a gun in your car on school property if you're picking up or dropping off. What if you're getting out of the car to walk them inside? Can you leave it in the car, or do you have to remain in your vehicle?
