    From the height of the line between the slide and frame, I would guess a CZ 75 clone. Possibly a Canik? Those have full length dust covers and a similar profile.

    The Canik and Witness both lack the smooth dustcover and solid hammer of the gun shown in the screen grab. The "step" at the back of the frame and forward of the trigger guard are also identifying features.

    I would agree with Indiana Ed, and say the gun is a polymer-framed Jericho or MRI Baby Eagle Compact:
