I am so excited. Browning is resurrecting the A5. Mine is my most prized possession. It is the only thing of my grandmother's that the gold digger 2nd wife didn't steal from my family.

I have an original A5 that I dont shoot anymore at all, and I am in need of a new shotgun. So when I saw this the other day, I was insanely happy. Ill be picking one of these up for sure!! They look amazing.

Almost looks like the Browning Gold or Winchester SX action with the large humpbacked receiver. I have always liked the taller receivers. So pretty cool in my book.

My first thought:

Why in the world would any serious shooter/hunter WANT a "new" A5...which have a deserved reputation for being rather high on the "felt recoil" scale...

And then I watched the vid. A-5 in name and external looks only...

I still think Browning designed the A5 to see just how many parts he could be smashed into one little Chinese puzzle box and still end up with a gun what lets you feel every pound of energy.
