Brass wont extract...stuck in chamber question

We ran into this situation with hand loads from a Lee hand loader. It was before we got our press. The rounds were originally fired out of a different rifle. When we tried them after hand-loading with the Lee hand loader the case was STUCK. The hand loader apparently does not do a full length resize of the case. Only the neck.

I vote for polish/inspect the chamber and/or try a different mfg load.

they make a paste for scope rings it trues up the rings use some of that on an empty case it will polish the chamber
