I started watching about half way into the 2nd season...love that show. Very funny. Doesn't hurt that Penny is easy on the eyes...

My wife is a microbiologist (and no she's not like Burnadette). For a long time she wouldn't watch the show because she worked with too many "Sheldons" and said she didn't want to come home and see more of them. After she moved into a new job as an auditor she started to watch the show and now loves it. She also has "her" spot on the couch.
