.... working shifting hours makes my frau gets lonely for me at night, despite multiple outside and inside alarms w backups, and she is very nervous. She takes the "tornado" stance IF anything ever gets in the house: to the Bath, close the door, open the towel-closet door, which cross-bars the bath-room door, and jack the 12-ga auto which is leaning inside the towel-closet. Even ONE push of a shoulder against that 2-door barricade from the outside, and she stokes the 12-ga. There's a G-21 under the sink positioned on a dowel-rod also, and she can use it if necessary. Practice maketh perfect.
How many of you have tried to grip your handgun when your hands are wet? How about then they're wet and soapy? You need to keep those things in mind too.
Wet is not a huge deal if your grip has a decent texture. Soapy changes the ballgame. If you don't believe me, take a bucket of water and some dishwashing soap to the range with you and experiment.
You may need a plan that includes a way to wipe your hands before you grab the pistol in an emergency.
wow, if these are your bathroom guns i cant imagine what you got in the safe!! nice work, now what would 4 chicks in a bathroom need AR's for?!?!?! i'll be back in 5, no make that 3 minutes.......ok that was vulgar, worth it
