And it only gets worse. Even when the kid knows the cops are coming he says "cops just gonna talk to us".

TV, video games, and electronics parenting at it's greatest. Seems to me like no type of parenting or discipline at home and they probably get away with everything at home as well due to the fact they have no respect for anyone.

Exactly what I was going to say, the parents WILL defend the little thugs actions and further encourage it after the fact. The kids know that the authorities are hobbled in what they can and can't do to restrain these little vermin and will exploit it to the max.

Bring back the board of education, biitch slap any parent that supports this kind of activity, throw disruptive students out of the classroom, ditch 'no child left behind', etc, etc, etc.
