Anyone in Indy know this car?

I've seen this car once or twice in Indy. I think it's a fake. But by some chance it's not. What is it? It's in Indy. This was on the west side. Last time was heading to bloomington.

Looks like either the new version of the old Ford GT40, which I think is just called the Ford GT, or a replica of one.

Looks like a Ford GT40 to me.

They had a limited run a few years back. It could be a newer production model. Or it could be a kit car. A fiberglass clone of the original.

It has Ferrari badging. It looks like a P4, but I don't see how it could be.

Just found more info. Apparently it's a Noble P4 kit car. Most likely small block chevy engine.
