A New York cab driver is being forced to pay $10,000 to a lesbian couple because he told them to stop kissing in his vehicle. They sued because it was "discrimination". Cabbie says it is just his policy.

Using the courts to force people to put up with inappropriate behavior because you're "special". I wonder how long before we get "hate speech" laws?

If you can't prove he allows straights to do the same thing in his cab, you can't prove its discrimination to not allow them to do it in the cab. The cabby is appealing, hopefully he gets a judge who understands this. (Assuming there isn't more to the story as presented by the media...which is always a tough assumption.)
