Very true. The typical murder victim in this country is male, poor, and actively working in the illegal drug trade. You can ban a gun, but you can't ban choices in lifestyle.

I caught that line too. I also caught a big dose of that it was all big business' fault that you are fat or have heart disease.

As long as we submit ourselves to the benevolence of the government, there will be somebody legislating one form of morality or another upon its beneficiaries. Only when you are not beholding to somebody else to subsidize your living expenses, can you expect to have maximum freedom.
