    Charter Arms is making a .380 revolver, extraction shouldnt be much more than that to engineer. Flame cutting at the cylinder gap could be an issue, but a sacrificial stainless steel sheet metal clip over that gap should keep that issue at bay. I think Smith and Wesson does something similar in lightweight framed magnum revolvers.

    Fitting it into that big of a gun shouldnt be an issue, but unless you are putting a 16" or longer barrel on that thing, the fire balls will be enormous. Any way you look at it, that blast at the cylinder gap will be vicious.
